Sarah O'Neal is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Mississippi. Sarah has experience working with adults and children as young as three. Sarah provides individual, couples, and family counseling, depending on her client's needs.

Sarah has received training in Telehealth for children and adults. Sarah is also an Animal Assisted Therapy-Interventionist (AAT-I) trained in incorporating animals into her client's care. Sarah works alongside her co-therapist, which is her therapy rabbit, Chloe. Sarah believes that the purpose of counseling is to meet her clients where they are and provide a collaborative and supportive environment for them to feel safe.
