Kayne is telehealth certified and has received training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Youth Mental Health First Aid. She has plans to pursue Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training in 2025 to further enhance her ability to support individuals affected by trauma.
